A conservative take on the shutdown...

This is an article from the conservative (very conservative) "Red State" blog.  For those who are interested in how Republicans who voted to reopen the government possibly will be targeted by the Tea Party Conservative Movement it will provide a view into the political struggle within the Republican Party.

  1. Ironically, this article surmises the current problem with the GOP. The growth of new ultra-conservative factions in the republican party have created a great divide between moderate republicans and those who desire to filibuster the federal government by reading Doctor Seuss and discussing the availability of the White Castle burger chains. It's unfortunate that funding the government has taken a lower priority to blocking a universal health care act, determined to be constitutional by the Supreme Court. Thoughts?
    Enjoy.
