Very interesting article, Katheline! It's always interesting to be reminded that presidents are still human, and had childhoods much the same way other people do. FDR's complicated family is another thing I did not know, and was interested to learn about. The documentaries we watched in class did mention that FDR suffered from the effects of polio, but it's intriguing to hear a different theory involving Guillane-Barre Syndrome.
